Baron has been shaping for 34 years and is a key role in our surfboard development and insures that the quality of our boards remains at an international level both in performance and manufacturing quality.

We pride ourselves on the fact that all of our surfboards are shaped and manufactured in-house in South Africa. This means that product testing and development can be done instantly and our carbon footprint is reduced.
We have a team of expert surfboard builders all with years of experience in their art be it shaping, glassing, EPS, PU, sanding or repairs.
